Blogging can be a very profitable activity if you do it right. Especially niche blogging where the money are. People are mostly looking for blogs for specific topic, not blog about everything but about something that they are looking for, people's interests and hobbies. I want to share with you step by step how to create lucrative niche blog in a matter of days.
Find Your Niche
That's the main and crucial step to create a successful niche blog. You should try to find niche where is high demand, not many competition and good affiliate programs and products to promote. To check the competition for your niche just go to Google and type entitle: your niche. For affiliate products check ClickBank and Commission Junction.
Choosing Software
There are top 2 software that people use for blogging: Blogger or Wordpress. Blogger is a great choice if you don't have much experience about installing scripts on your server etc. In Blogger you can host on theirs site your blog so that don't require any specific skills. Wordpress advantage is that it's fully customizable but only for advanced users. You will need also own hosting and domain.
Start posting
Now you will have to fill your niche blog with quality and unique blog posts. Try to write posts related to your main keyword. Choose few other keywords, long phrases and create blog posts about it. Include them in blog title and post few times. Create also many categories all related to your main niche. Each blog should contain 200+ words.
Promote your niche blog
That's a very important part. Try to add your blog to social bookmark sites like Delicious, Digg or StumbleUpon. Comment on other highly ranked blogs consistently. Try to participate on any social sites like MySpace, Direct Matches or Yuwie and add in profile link to your blog. In any Instant Messenger like Skype, ICQ add your blog. Also you can add your link in your mail signature. There are really many ways of promoting your niche blog.
